Kenworth is pleased to announce the availability of a Driver Security Alert System (DSAS) in all 2.1m medium- and heavy-duty models, including the L770, for chassis building 3/30/2026 and later. Designed with driver security in mind, this system provides a panic alarm switch that allows the driver to trigger the truck’s horns and lights in an SOS pattern while parked, and the truck’s horns in an SOS pattern while driving. This will help the driver attract immediate attention in an emergency and ensure safety on and off the road. The Panic Alarm Switch is available on the dash or the dash and sleeper.
