Responding to customers needs Rihm Kenworth completed plans
to add a fully equipped Mobile Repair Truck at their St. Paul location.
The service truck added to a fleet of customer support vehicles including
delivery vehicles and loaner cars for service customers. The truck was
completed, outfitted and operational in late September with tooling and
equipment to support emergency road repairs and repairs at customer
locations in the Twin Cities area. Rihm’s desire to support truck and service customers, increasing demand for the service and enthusiastic employee commitment led to the addition of the Service Truck.
