Outside Sales Parts Representative – Albert Lea
Branch.
JOB SUMMARY:
Increase Parts Sales with existing accounts
and prospecting new accounts in assigned
territory. Solicits new business and maintains
accounts through face-to-face and phone
contacts.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High-school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of inside or outside sales experience
with a proven ability to reach, maintain and
exceed sales goals/quotas.
KEY ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / CHARACTERISTICS:
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Persistent
• Proven time management skills
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to
carry out instructions and reach agreed upon
outcomes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• General knowledge of heavy truck and
commercial motor vehicle industry
• General business courses or sales training
ADDITIONAL:
• Must have ability to travel throughout
assigned territory, including a one-night stay
per week.
